Community Based Services
Parenting today is quite challenging.
Financial difficulties, divorce, communication difficulties, grief, substance
abuse, and many other issues threaten family stability. In the midst of such
issues, family enrichment services can provide support to help rebuild the
family structure. The Florida Center's Community Based Services provide
information on child development, parent-child bonding, behavior modification
techniques, and family communication; and encourage parental involvement in the
physical, emotional, and social development of children.
Parent Support - The Sarasota Family Support Network’s mission is to empower families through support, advocacy, education and information while working with families to build partnerships with professionals and strengthen their role in the community.
